North Adams man arraigned for numerous breaking and entering charges | Crime
Joseph Pini, 35, was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on various charges.
Pini’s charges stem from a series of breaks in Williamstown and North Adams between February 24, 2012 and March 9, 2012.
Pini had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one count of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, 12 counts of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, 10 counts of larceny over $250, two counts of larceny from a building, two counts of malicious destruction of personal property of $250, two counts of trespassing, one count of possession of burglarious tools, one count of receiving stolen property over $250, and one count of common and notorious thief.
