Pittsfield teen sentenced for vandalizing cemetery

PITTSFIELD - A Pittsfield teenager is going to jail for a year and a half for vandalizing a cemetery.

Jordan Errichetto pleaded guilty yesterday to toppling hundreds of gravestones and pulling up American flags from veterans' graves.

He says he did it with two other men. The 19 year old's lawyer calls his client a follower who doesn't think for himself.

NORTH ADAMS, MASS - A teenager from North Adams is charged with a felony after police say he stole a school bus and took it for a joy ride through Berkshire County

NewsChannel 13 is not revealing the name of the defendant because of the circumstances of the case but the seventeen year old is being charged as an adult.

Investigators believe the bus was taken from the Dufour lot in Adams yesterday afternoon and that the teenager got in through the driver side window and found the keys that were hidden inside.

The young man was pulled over and arrested in Adams.

Earlier in the day, the bus was spotted in Richmond, about twenty five miles away. Police say he did not have a drivers' license.

Teen pleads guilty to making Facebook threats

NORTH ADAMS – A Berkshire County teen pleads guilty to threatening high school students over Facebook.

Today Zachary Barbeau, 19, was arrested back in November.

He admitted making a Facebook threat against students who attend Drury high school in North Adams.

He’s out of jail right now until he's sentenced next month.

Man charged with possesion and DWI after crash

NEW LEBANON - Police arrested and charge Scotland Victorin, 51, of Menands with driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana after a accident on Lebanon Mountain Road Thursday night. According to police Victorin failed to negotiate a curve on Rt. 20 and crashed his vehicle into a snow bank. Victorin was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.08%.

He will appear in New Lebanon town court on March 8th.
