A North Adams man pled guilty Wednesday afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to drug charges.
According to the Berkshire County district attorney’s office, 24-year-old John Francis Sullivan, IV pled guilty to 2 counts of distribution of oxycodone and 1 count of conspiracy to violate drug laws.
He was ordered to 3 ½ years at the Berkshire County House of Correction.
The DA’s office says that the charges stem from incidents that occurred in North Adams Pittsfield between September 3, 2010 and December 8, 2010.
The investigations were conducted by members of the North Adams, Williamstown and Stockbridge Police Departments and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
