Pittsfield Police investigate several armed robberies | News
PITTSFIELD - Police are investigating several armed robberies. The most recent one took place at the Palmer's Variety Store on Elm Street.
It happened around 7:45 p.m. Tuesday. Police say a woman walked in wearing a black mask, with a black hoodie. Police say she also had a handgun.
She escaped in a dark green SUV, in an unknown direction.
Police say this is the third armed robbery by a woman fitting the description in the past two weeks.
