Tractor trailer driver could face charges after West Stockbridge crash
WEST STOCKBRIDGE, Mass. - A tractor trailer crashed through a toll booth in Berkshire County now its driver could face charges.
It happened last night, around 7:30 p.m. in West Stockbridge. Police say the truck was hauling soap products when it crashed through the toll booth at Exit 1 and rolled over.
One of its fuel tanks broke free and spilled about 100 gallons of fuel onto the road. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Police say charges against the driver have not been ruled out.
