PITTSFIELD - Three Berkshire County men face a new indictment on murder and other charges following the murder of three men last year.

David Chalue was arraigned today on three counts of murder, kidnapping and intimidating a witness. Adam Lee Hall and Caius Veiovis were arraigned on the same charges last week.

All three are being held without bail.

The DA says the new indictments stem from a continuing Grand Jury Investigation.

The men are accused of kidnapping then killing David Glasser, Edward Frampton and Robert Chadwell.

They were last seen on August 28 2011.
